| Medical Department Patient Records Database This database stores patient records, doctor visit logs, monthly injury logs and includes an audiogram database and OSHA 300 log. This computer program helps the medical department maintain accurate files on employee medical treatment. It delineates between occupational and nonoccupational related treatment or injuries. Acutal experience with this program has shown that it reduces the time necessary for record keeping by up to 50%. The program can be tailored to specific forms currently used by the client. Onsite training of employees can also be arranged.
