Title V Permits Title V permits are the most complex operating permits required by both Federal and State EPA. They require constructing a mass balance model of a facility and its operations. OEHCS has many years experience developing mass balance models. Facilities that we have modeled include oil refineries, printing operations, coil coating and metal processing operations. Each emission source requires its own permit forms. This can result in over a hundred permits per facility. OEHCS has computerized
this permitting process to control costs for its clients. We can
do the same for your facility. We also have computerized the annual
HAPs and VOC emission reporting requirements of these permits. |
